Military and Aerospace Orders Announced

Omni-Lite Industries Canada Inc.

March 25, 2003

Omni-Lite has received a new contract for a component manufactured for the United States Military and NATO. "We believe that our customer has overcome many of the production problems that it has experienced over the last 18 months and this should allow the scheduling of more regular shipments," stated David Grant, president and chief executive officer.

Omni-Lite continues to receive orders on a regular basis in the aerospace division. A contract for a new component has been received in the last week. Sales in this division have grown by approximately 97 per cent in the last year. "Sales in this division could continue to grow based on discussions with current customers," stated Mr. Grant.

Omni-Lite received an additional cold forging system today. This will bring the total number of cold forging systems in the company's state-of-the-art facility in Cerritos, Calif., to 16. This shipment will complete the expansion program started in 2002.
