Omni-Lite receives $425,000 (U.S.) in new orders

Omni-Lite Industries Canada Inc. has received several new orders in the aerospace, military and speciality automotive divisions. The total value of these orders is approximately $425,000 (U.S.) ($501,000 (Canadian)).
"The majority of these programs are in the aerospace division of the company," stated Tim Wang, chief financial officer. "The continuing strength of the company's aerospace products demonstrates the industry's continued interest in the many components produced at Omni-Lite for modern composite aircraft."
The company has received a purchase order for one of the components for which first article approval was obtained in October. This product is now in production. The company anticipates that additional components will move into full-scale commercial production in November and December of this year.
