Omni-Lite Industries Canada Inc. has received new orders in the aerospace division. Recent discussions with this long-term customer indicate that there is significant interest and demand for the products that Omni-Lite produces.

In addition, the company is completing the development of six new specialty automotive components first mentioned on Aug. 25, 2005. The company is now beginning the detailed submission process for final approval. An additional four components is expected to be submitted for final approval in the near future. Omni-Lite has also been notified that the life cycle tests on a new transmission component will be completed in early March. "If final approval is received on these components, the automotive division could see significant growth in 2006," stated Allen Maxin, vice-president of operations. "Continued success in the automotive division would complement significant growth in the company's aerospace and military divisions."

To ensure that Omni-Lite continues to meet the exacting quality requirements of our many customers, John Sidener will rejoin the company as manager of quality control, effective March 1, 2006. To further the company's advanced concepts of computer controlled manufacturing and inspection, Omni-Lite will receive its third Vision inspection system in early March. This sophisticated equipment will allow for the inspection of seven critical dimensions, on 250 parts per minute, to support the zero defect requirements mandated in a current military contract. The company, through its Vision 2010 concept is committed to introducing these advanced technologies throughout the manufacturing process. To meet the delivery requirements of its customers, the company has extended the working hours of the facility to provide additional efficiency from the production system.
