From Track Spikes to Platform of Precision Engineered Aerospace Defense Components

Omni-Lite is headquartered in Toronto, Ontario, with manufacturing and engineering operations located in Cerritos, California, Nashua, New Hampshire, and Brampton, Ontario. Established in 1992, the Company’s first commercial product was an ultra-light weight track spike for running shoes. Since then, Omni-Lite has rapidly evolved into a trusted manufacturer of high-performance components for the aerospace and defense industry.

Currently, Omni-Lite is one company consisting of three divisions that provide customers with highly engineered components that must perform under the most rugged conditions.

In 2018, Omni-Lite acquired Monzite Corporation, a New Hampshire-based manufacturer of microelectronic sensor subcomponents used on aerospace and defense platforms. In 2022, Omni-Lite acquired DP Cast Inc, an Ontario-based investment casting manufacturer of precision components used in jet engines and other industrial applications.

Our focus today remains on innovation and control of our manufacturing process for scalability to support our customers’ ongoing needs in their systems and platforms. Our design and manufacturing engineers have developed specific technologies and processes for precision manufacturing in high mix / low-medium volume ecosystem.
