The Company is pleased to announce that the Board of Directors have approved a dividend of $0.02 CDN per share for shareholders of Omni-Lite's Common Class A shares of record on December 31, 2004. The dividend is payable on January 31, 2005. "As Omni-Lite makes the transition from a Research and Development Company to a mid-sized business, an increased part of our focus will be enhancing shareholder value," stated David F.
