Omni-Lite Industries Canada has received new contracts for a family of components in its automotive and aerospace divisions. These new components expand the product range that Omni-Lite offers in terms of sizes and materials, and will be used in various fastener applications. The contracts for these components are worth approximately $250,000 (U.S.) in total. It is expected that the components will begin shipping in the first quarter of 2004. "These contracts will give Omni-Lite a strong start for 2004," stated David F. Grant. "With the investments in people and equipment made in the last year, Omni-Lite is well positioned to provide customers with outstanding service and products."

Omni-Lite is continuing to repurchase shares through its normal course issuer bid. As of December, 2003, the total number of shares issued and outstanding has been reduced to 8,966,804.
