April 20, 1999 - Omni-Lite Industries Canada Inc. is pleased to announce that Dr. D.R. Inkster has joined the Board of Directors. Dr. Inkster brings 20 years of experience in the management of high technology companies to this position. He is currently the President of Tactex Controls Inc. of Victoria, British Columbia; a company established to commercialize a multi-touch computer input device that was invented for the Canadian Space Agency. Dr. Inkster is also a Director of Tactex Controls Inc. and currently sits on the Board of Directors of Multi-Tek Technologies Inc. and Canpolar East Inc.
