Omni-Lite Industries Canada Inc. ("OML") announces that the Board of Directors has accepted the resignation of Paul A. Burkey as President and COO of the Company and has appointed the CEO, David F. Grant as interim president.

The Board is pleased to announce that Mr. Burkey will remain as a consultant to the Company until January 2011. "Everyone at the Company would like to thank Paul for his contributions to Omni-Lite," stated David F. Grant, CEO and Chairman of the Board.
