As of July 1, 1999, Paul A. Burkey joined Omni-Lite as chief operating
officer and general manager.
Mr. Burkey has 30 years experience in the aerospace industry with extensive
experience in sales and marketing, technical, and production situations.
Prior to joining Omni-Lite, Mr. Burkey was the general manager of a medium-sized
aerospace firm in California. During the latter portion of his 15-year
tenure, Mr. Burkey was involved in the development of an innovative, coated
fastener for Boeing, which is being used in the $180-million (U.S.) C-17
heavy military transport aircraft.
