The TSX Venture Exchange has been advised by the company that pursuant to a notice of intention to make a normal course issuer bid dated Nov. 20, 2007, it may repurchase for cancellation up to 545,000 of its common shares representing 5 per cent of the total issued and outstanding common shares of the corporation. The purchases are to be made through the facilities of the TSX Venture Exchange during the period Nov. 23, 2007, to Nov. 22, 2008. Purchases pursuant to the bid will be made by Cormack Securities Inc. on behalf of the company.
