October 2, 2007
Omni-Lite Industries Canada Inc. has recorded total revenues in the third quarter of 2007 of approximately $2.04-million (U.S.). This record revenue was largely driven by an increase in sales in the military division of the company. As of the end of September, sales in the military division accounted for 39 per cent of total revenues in fiscal 2007 while sales in the aerospace division accounted for 27 per cent of total revenue. The sports and recreation division accounted for 17 per cent of revenue and the automotive division accounted for 13 per cent of revenue.
"This record revenue in quarter three boosts revenues to date in fiscal 2007 to approximately $5.07-million (U.S.), equalling total revenues for all of 2006," stated Tim Wang, chief financial officer. "With the existing backlog for quarter four, Omni-Lite will have a record year for 2007."
