Omni-Lite Industries Canada Inc.'s board of directors has approved a dividend of two cents per share for shareholders of Omni-Lite's Class A shares of record on July 15, 2005. The dividend is payable on July 31, 2005.

The board of directors will review the company's dividend policy on a semi-annual basis
