Omni-Lite Industries Canada Inc. has been advised by its auditor that because of prior commitments and scheduling issues, the audit currently under way on the December 31, 2004 Financial Statements will likely not be completed until on or about the end of May.

These commitments were entered into at a time when it was anticipated that Omni-Lite's audit would be completed at an earlier date, however due to circumstances as explained in the press release of May 2, 2005, the corporation could not provide the auditors with completed financial records or Financial Statements until May 5, 2005.

The Corporation is not aware of any issues in connection with the Financial Statements that would lead to a qualified opinion and is doing what it can to facilitate the audit process.
