Omni-Lite Industries Canada Inc. has formed a new company in California known as Omni-Lite E-Form Technologies Inc. Established to continue advanced research into increasing the strength of materials by refining grain size and other techniques, E-Form will continue the basic research and if successful, commercialize some of the processes that Omni-Lite Industries and other study participants have been pioneering over the last several years. Omni-Lite E-Form is currently designing and fabricating the equipment to undertake additional experiments on a larger scale. Additional trials are expected to begin in March or April, 2005. Omni-Lite Industries Canada would be a 50-per-cent owner in the new company.
