The ASE has accepted a notice of intention from Omni-Lite Industries to make a
normal course issuer bid to purchase on the open market through the facilities of
the Alberta Stock Exchange, up to 360,000 common shares, being approximately
3.3 per cent of the 10,748,199 common shares currently outstanding. Purchases
pursuant to the bid may begin on Nov. 6, 1998. The bid expires no later than
Nov. 5, 1999. Purchases pursuant to the bid will be made by Yorkton Securities
on behalf of the company.
